Owned, managed and operated an Architectural Bureau for Design and Implementation, specializing in small
scale residential and commercial developments, including:
- Motels, Restaurants, Bars and Cafes,

- Service shops and Workshops,
- Houses and Vacation homes,
- Interior Design and Remodeling.
Personally designed (including static analysis and detailed blueprints) and oversaw or managed the
development of over 70 residential and commercial buildings.

1978 - 1985 Technical Manager
For a medium scale construction company. Managed all phases of both residential and commercial
developments, such as:
- Determined appropriate implementation technology,
- Organized preparation of building sites,
- Determined quantities and qualities of required building materials,
- Determined and planned for required resources and manpower,
- Scheduled all the phases of development, utilizing PERT and other dynamic scheduling technologies,
- Managed staff of dozen technicians and construction managers and oversaw the whole construction crew
work and performance.

- Overseeing the construction and monitoring adherence to the project and material specifications.
